Sunshine Ridge Manor has all of the spaces you need to bring your wedding weekend together! From overnight accommodations and beautiful ceremony locations to our reception space and rehearsal dinner space, our property offers everything you need to bring your dream wedding to life. Choose the vendors you love, design your perfect celebration, and let us work with you to make it all happen. We are here to give you an unforgettable weekend, WITHOUT the hidden fees and restrictions (no cake cutting fees, corking fees, etc.)
Things to know about us!
capacity & guest limitations
Weddings and receptions are limited to a guest count of 150 people. Overnight guests are limited to 23 people. Overnight guests are the only people permitted to use/enter the Manor House, with the exception of vendors.
what comes with the space rentals?
The Manor House is fully furnished, with bedding, towels, and other essentials waiting for your arrival. The Carriage House and ceremony sites are available with a selection of chair, table, couch, and other options for you to choose from.
Vendors & decorations
All vendors and decorations are welcome to be hired/brought in for your wedding! We do not restrict the vendors and teams you hire to serve you and your guests. The only decorations we do not allow are confetti and glitter.
Pricing
Pricing for the venue begins at $15,000. The cost of the venue depends on whether you book the venue for one day or for the entire weekend. Our pricing includes all of our furniture and the use of the space for the entire day.
No hidden fees!
Sunshine Ridge Manor is unlike most wedding venues. We do not have hidden fees for items such as cake cutting, corking, service, furniture, and more. You pay for the use of the space(s), cleaning, and that is it!
