Our
Story
Sunshine Ridge Manor began as a private, family home. After both of their children went off to college, graduated, and came home to help with the family businesses, the Rafferty family decided to open their home to wedding guests.
The Manor House is the ideal place for overnight guests to relax and unwind. Prepare breakfast in the kitchen, get your hair and makeup done in the bridal prep area, and enjoy games and drinks in the basement.
The Carriage House can host all of your wedding celebrations in one place. The night before, welcome your wedding guests lakeside, and the next day bring everyone back for a reception overlooking the mountains and celebrate by the water.
Light a fire pit, play games by the water, and unwind for the weekend with your closest friends and family. Sunshine Ridge Manor is made for you and your guests to make the most of your wedding weekend.

The Carriage House
The perfect venue for your rehearsal dinner, welcome party, cocktail hour, and reception! Only steps away from The Manor House, The Carriage House can host up to 150 guests with two floors of event spaces. The Speakeasy and Reception Hall can be used to showcase not only the lake views, but to highlight your event details.
Overlooking the Lake
The Carriage House is built for making the most of the outdoors. With balconies, sliding glass doors, and an extensive deck, it is sure to take your breath away and give you a refreshing breeze and you enjoy the nature around you.
The speakeasy
The lower level of the Carriage House is ideal for your cocktail hour and after party. With lounge seating and easy outdoor access, it provides a relaxing atmosphere while giving your guests plenty of room to socialize.
Reception Hall
The upper level of the Carriage House is a bright, airy event space.

The Manor House is all set for you and your wedding parties to get ready for the day. With plenty of natural lighting, the Bridal Prep area is going to give you the perfect setting to set your makeup and finish your hairstyles. The Groomsmen Prep area is full of games, TVs, and plenty to keep the boys entertained while they relax before the ceremony.

After waking up in the Bridal Suite, spend the morning drinking coffee, eating breakfast, and relaxing with your bridal party. Then shower and enjoy the process of getting your hair and makeup done with your girl friends. Drink mimosas, listen to music, and de-stress before the big day begins!
Grab your groomsmen and make the most of your wedding day! With plenty of games, like shuffleboard, pool, and pinball, a movie room, and the extensive bar area, you and your friends will be able to relax and have fun before the ceremony. Suit up and enjoy the day!

Start your forever by the water, with the stunning views of Lake Manassas behind you. Surrounded by water, The Point is made to envelope you and your spouse in water views while providing the perfect amount of nature, privacy, and romance.

The Winery at Sunshine Ridge Farm is located next door with easy access for you and your guests to visit!
The winery offers wine, beer, cider, and food. They have live music and food trucks all weekend long, so take a short walk through the woods, and try it out for yourself.
